Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair styler at temperatures below 120°C. The optimal temperature range is typically 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wigs cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, which are necessary to maintain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) Put on the wig cap; c) Secure the wig, adjusting the inner net buckle; d) Keep the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following: Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; apply shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then allow it to air dry.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any loose hair, combing from the ends to the roots. This will prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers to comb the hair.

The hairstyle of the wig may vary slightly from the product image, as each wig is hand-trimmed. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. The color may also differ slightly due to variations in computer or mobile phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that the wig may become misshapen during packaging or transportation. If this occurs, simply spend one or two minutes combing the wig or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original condition as shown in the picture.

The wig is approximately 28 inches/70 cm in length, and the maximum circumference is around 21-22 inches/53-55 cm (with a normal variation of 1-2 cm). The size is adjustable.
